Your subscription

Your subscription provides one private company workspace with up to 100 SOP documents, templates, company branding, cloud saves, saved revision history, Word exports and basic product support. Each document is limited to 1 MB. Custom SOP writing, consulting and other PCS software are quoted separately.

Billing and renewal

Your first payment is due when you complete checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Stripe displays the total and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. An existing PCS pilot does not enroll you in automatic billing; subscribing is a separate choice.

Cancellation and payment issues

The company owner can cancel future renewals through Manage billing in the client portal. A cancellation scheduled for the period end keeps access through the already-paid period. Failed or unpaid renewals can suspend access. Refunded payments, disputes or suspected fraud may require review and may suspend access.

To request a refund or resolve a billing problem, contact PCS. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself issue a refund. Refund requests are reviewed individually; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your documents

Export Word copies and backups before access ends. Contact PCS if you need help accessing or exporting company documents. Your company is responsible for checking document content and approving procedures before use. SOP Studio uses rule-based drafting and does not verify technical, safety or legal compliance.

Privacy and support

Payments are processed by Stripe. Read the PCS privacy policy or contact PCS for assistance.

Online signup

The initial public subscription is available to U.S. businesses. Verify your email and create a private company workspace before checkout. Requesting a sign-in link or creating a workspace does not start a paid subscription. SOP access begins after payment is verified.
