PCS custom CRMs are quoted at a fixed build price after discovery, with a separate monthly maintenance fee. There is no published flat CRM price. Compare that full scope with the licenses, setup and support your chosen platform requires.
Which fits the work?
Your sales process
Start with an existing CRM when its standard records, stages and follow-ups meet your needs. Configuring software you already own may be enough.
Consider custom development when scattered tools or repeated workarounds keep hiding who owns a lead and what should happen next.
Integrations and migration
Test your must-have connections, export options and permissions in the platform before committing.
PCS scopes integrations only after reviewing supported access. Migration starts with sample exports, field mappings, duplicates and permissions.
Price and ongoing work
Compare the vendor’s current plan limits, seats, add-ons and support terms for your actual team.
PCS defines users, features, data, deliverables and acceptance criteria before quoting. Maintenance, hosting and third-party costs are separately defined.
A useful first version
Choose the standard platform if it lets your team work clearly without unnecessary customization.
Start custom work with the highest-value workflow and expand through separately approved changes.
Ownership, maintenance and the next step.
A custom build is not automatically the better choice. Bring your current tools and one example of a missed handoff; we’ll review whether an SOP, configuration change or custom app fits.
You do not need to transfer your domain to work with PCS. Domain and core-account ownership, code ownership or licensing, export and handoff arrangements are set out in your written agreement before you commit. Website Partner and custom-app terms depend on the agreed scope; ask us to walk through them before paying.
